On May 30th 2020, “Spread The Love” hot meal distribution was held in the town of Riverdale in Metro Atlanta. The event occurred in the midst of national protests that unraveled in the wake of the death of George Floyd. In spite the turmoil taking place, many showed to receive hot meals, drinks and free reusable face masks. Gospel artist, Quandra Banks, appeared with a group of dedicated, free-spirited volunteers to make their contributions by aiding in the meal distribution and spreading joy. While enjoying tunes played by DJ Final and DJ Roderick, 200+ plates were distributed and many gave monetary donations to contribute towards the development of the initiatives. The community greatly appreciated the effort and the love that was given and look forward to future events with Impact Global Mission ABF.
