Danielle K. Bayoro, Executive Director

Danielle is the youngest child of Apostle Appolinaire Bayoro. In May 2018, her father requested that she assist him in accomplishing a project. He transitioned within two weeks, and two years later she founded Impact Global Mission to achieve this task. She attained her Doctorate in Medicine from Medical University of the Americas in 2018 and is currently a clinical research professional. She holds 17 years of diverse volunteer experience that includes chairing initiatives with the American Cancer Society. Danielle inherited her father's passion for humanitarian efforts that has prepared her to partake in this journey.

 

Merlyne Docteur-Poleon, Director of Marketing

Merlyne has worked as a Communications Officer for A.Bayoro Ministries for 4 years. Following the transition of Apostle Appolinaire Bayoro, she became determined to continue his legacy. Merlyne graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing in 2009, and has since worked in consulting and marketing. In 2020, she founded a consulting firm, New Horizon Consulting Solutions and continues to make strides in the sector of marketing.

 

Eugenia Gustave, Director of Co-Child Development

Eugenia began her career with children and youth by volunteering as a Children's Church instructor for A. Bayoro Ministries. Since the transition of Apostle Appolinaire Bayoro, she became committed to dedicating her efforts to Impact Global Mission. She holds an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and has an extensive volunteer history with children. Her background includes a certification in management, and she is also member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Eugenia is currently a child counselor and continually ensures to exhibit her passion for the child-youth community.

 

Jealine Cherilus, Co-Director of Child Development

Jealine first displayed her love for children by volunteering with A. Bayoro Ministries as a Children's Church Instructor. She decided to continue giving her contributions to what is now Impact Global Mission. Jealine graduated with a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University in 2014. She has since been working as a primary school educator, along with serving as chair on her institution's board for numerous consecutive years. She has multiple child education certifications and is a member of the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE). Jealine continues to excel in child education.

 

Dorcas Ingrid Bayoro, Director of Philantropy

Dorcas is the eldest daughter of Apostle Appolinaire Bayoro. With a strong entrepreneurial background, she has successfully developed numerous businesses in the areas of cuisine and event planning; and through her businesses and influence, leads spiritual outreach to underserved communities. In February 2021, she was ordained Minister with the aim to follow the footsteps of her dad and spiritual leader. Before his transition, her father instructed her to succeed him in winning souls for Christ. She continues the evangelical ministry he left behind through Impact Global Mission.
