Continuing a legacy
Dr. Appolinaire Bayoro began his dicipleship as an evangelist spreading the Word throughout the globe and later progressed to become an apostle. During that time, he had a mission to spread love across continents by offering resources to the less fortunate. From the simplest acts, such as buying groceries for the poor single mother living outside of his hotel in Congo, to larger acts, such as renting an apartment for the homeless employee of his tailor in South Korea, he gave his love selflessly.
Three weeks prior to his transition, my father left me with a project that involved five clear initiatives. His mission to establish orphanages, educational centers, health centers and affordable housing, and retreat centers in economically deprived neighborhoods is one that we are striving to develop. In 2020, Impact Global Mission was founded to pursue this mission.

What motivates us
Our model shows that these five initiatives - child welfare, educational and health equity, poverty alleviation and spiritual and mental wellness - are related. When one of these areas is affected, other areas also may become affected; and a lack in any one area leads to hopelessness.
Our society has overlooked those who have been disadvantaged as a result of life circumstances. They have been excluded from basic human rights. As human beings, we have the right to life, education, healthcare, housing and peace of mind.
Our Vision & Mission
To create equal opportunity by providing access to human beings that have been overlooked by society.
Many humans have not had an equal chance at life due to a lack of access to resources. We plan to supply those resources by providing the disadvantaged with A.C.C.E.S.S. (Avenues for Change, Cures, Education, Shelter and Serenity). In doing so, we target the five key initiatives that drive our personal success and are our rights as human beings.
Orphanages.
An estimated 153 million children in the world are orphans (UNICEF), and we are determined to help as many of these children receive the homes and care that they deserve. Our goal is to provide these children with shelter, the much needed love, care and affection, and basic necessities to live.
Educational Centers.
Millions of children and adults are left without a basic education, and many desire a higher education, but are unable to attain it. Our objective is to provide basic and higher education, career opportunities, and the necessary resources to establish and advance learning.
Health Clinics.
The death toll and poverty continues to rise due to the difficulties in accessing healthcare. Our goal is to target underserved populations, address the health-related disparities, and provide health awareness and promotion, management and prevention to enhance the quality of life.
Affordable Housing.
Poverty continues to rise as individuals are losing homes due to natural disasters, hospital bills, and loss of jobs. Our mission is to provide affordable housing while facilitating economic security for individuals struck by homelessness.
Retreat Centers.
It is easy to lose hope when facing a lack of opportunities, obstacles, or loss in any area of life. Our goal is to create safe havens for individuals from all walks of life to fortify their spirituality and mental health and encourage peace of mind.
Our Core Values
FAITH
We are a non-denominational Christian-based organization founded on principles of faith. As such, we believe in loving all human beings as God loves us. “The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone” (Psalms 118:22). Our faith leads us to turn our eyes to those that have been overlooked, and to offer our compassion.
EMPATHY
We believe in treating everyone equally and with respect. We are all human beings no matter the situation or walk of life. We strive to practice the principle of treating others as we would like to be treated.
SERVICE
We value service to our communities and those who are in need. We offer various means of contributions to aid the disadvantaged seeking fair opportunities in life. Our dedication to the service of others is a foundation in our work.
